What is the WeLit Industries Limited Lifetime Warranty?

WeLit Industries Limited Lifetime Warranty means that if an eligible WeLit Industries product stops functioning when being used normally, we will replace defective product, or if the product is no longer available, will replace it with a similar product, as determined by WeLit Industries. Troubleshooting may be required in order to identify defective product for replacement, some products may need to be sent in before replacement will be offered. Lifetime Support to Original Purchaser

What does the WeLit Industries Limited Lifetime Warranty Cover?

WeLit Industries Limited Lifetime Warranty only covers eligible WeLit Industries Products that are (a) owned by the original purchaser (b) WeLit Industries will only mail replacement products to the original purchaser at the residential ship-to address provided in the original WeLit Industries order.

What is Not Covered?

WeLit Industries Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse or use of WeLit Industries products other than the purpose in which it is designed for, damage caused by lack of proper use, assembly, maintenance or installation, damage caused by accidents or natural disasters, damage from normal wear and tear from use of the product (for example, scratches, etc.) or changes in the appearance of the casing that do not affect its performance, 3m VHB tape on portal lights, wire splicing without proper extensions or splitters, or damage during shipment.

This limited warranty is non-transferable and no cash or credit is available under this limited warranty
