LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY  

What is the WeLit Industries Limited Lifetime Warranty?  
The WeLit Industries Limited Lifetime Warranty ensures that if an eligible WeLit Industries product stops functioning under proper installation and normal use, we will replace the defective product. If the exact product is no longer available, we will replace it with a similar product, as determined by WeLit Industries. Troubleshooting may be required to identify the defective product, and in some cases, the product may need to be sent in before a replacement is provided. After the second free replacement, a handling fee of $25 will apply for each warrantied product, with potential additional charges if necessary. This fee must be paid in full before we ship any replacement product(s) to you. This warranty includes Lifetime Support for the original purchaser.

What Does the WeLit Industries Limited Lifetime Warranty Cover?  
This warranty applies exclusively to eligible WeLit Industries products that meet the following conditions:  
- The product is owned by the original purchaser.  
- Replacements will only be mailed to the original purchaser at the residential ship-to address provided in the original WeLit Industries order.  

What is Not Covered?  
The WeLit Industries Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover:  
- Damage caused by abuse, misuse, or use outside the product’s intended purpose.  
- Damage due to improper installation, maintenance, or assembly.  
- Damage resulting from accidents or natural disasters.  
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches or changes in casing appearance that do not affect performance).  
- 3M VHB tape on portal lights.  
- Wire splicing without proper extensions or splitters.  
- Controllers not being mounted or in a well-ventilated, dry area.  
- Damage occurring during shipment. 
- Items excluded from warranty coverage include remotes, hardware, flags, springs, wiring, and accessories. If you need any of these items, feel free to give us a shout! We would be happy to assist you!

Additional Terms  
- WeLit Industries reserves the right to refuse any warranty claims or sales at its discretion.  
- This limited warranty is non-transferable and does not offer cash or credit reimbursement.  
- It applies only to WeLit Industries brand products.  
- This warranty does not cover labor costs or any additional components required to restore the defective product to proper working condition.
