We've put together the most common troubleshooting steps for our lighting systems. Follow the steps below to help isolate the issue.

WRONG COLOR BLUETOOTH NOT ACTIVATING REMOTE

ROCK LIGHTS
NOT CORRECT
COLOR?

If your rock lights aren't displaying the correct color, isolate the splitter and light connections first.

TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS

Unplug the splitter from the controller and connect the light directly.

If the light is working, proceed by connecting the lights until the kit malfunctions.

BLUETOOTH
NOT CONNECTING
TO YOUR PHONE?

If your phone isn't connecting to the Bluetooth controller, restart the phone and controller connection.

TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS

Restart your phone.

While restarting, pull the inline fuse to the controller.

Make sure you are connecting through the BLEDIM APP and not through your phone's normal Bluetooth settings.

ACTIVATING?

Start by checking the inline fuse and isolating the splitter from the controller.

TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS

Check the inline fuse on the Bluetooth controller.

Unplug the splitter.

Check the light directly to rule out a bad splitter.

APP WORKS
BUT REMOTE
DOESN'T?

If the app works but the remote does not, check the batteries and re-pair the remote using the controller.

TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS

Check the remote batteries.

Pull the fuse.

Hold down the green power button.

Place the fuse back in while holding the green power button for an additional 5 seconds.

The lights should blink if the pairing was successful.
